MyEOL Registration

Registering for an account has two follow-up steps, both completed by clicking an email link:

1.) The project manager you selected needs to approve your account.

2.) You need to confirm your email address.

If you’ve already clicked the link in your confirmation email, we need to wait for your project manager to approve your account. After that, you will be able to log in.

The link contained in this email is valid for 24 hours. If you need to generate a new email, please CLICK HERE. If the email never arrived, please ensure you have added our email address, TALS@reports.et.eurofinsus.com, to your list of safe senders. If you are unable to add our email address to your list of safe senders, please contact your IT department for assistance.

Logging In and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

This email can take approximately five minutes to arrive and is sent from the address TALS@reports.et.eurofinsus.com. Please add this address to your list of safe senders to ensure receipt of this email. If you are unable to add our email address to your list of safe senders, please contact your IT department for assistance.

For security purposes, MFA needs to remain on your account. However, we offer two options for completing this step:

1.) Email - a One-Time Token is sent to the email address associated with your MyEOL account. Enter this token during the log-in process.

2.) Authenticator - an application is installed on your phone or tablet that generates a code to enter during the log-in process.

If you would like to change the type of MFA used during the log-in process, please complete the following steps:

1.) Log into your account.

2.) From the "Available Applications" page, click on the "Hello, [your email address here]" link in the top-left corner of the screen.

3.) From the "Manage Your Account" page, select the "Multi-Factor Authentication" tab from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

4.) From the options available, click the "Configure..." button associated with the type of MFA you would like to start using.

5.) Follow the instructions to complete the configuration process.
